The Pilot Scheme aims encourage low-income women to receive cervical cancer screening and enhance their awareness towards cervical cancer, so as to reduce their risk of developing cervical cancer. This is a 3-year Pilot Scheme starting from 13 December 2017, cease to operate on 13 December 2020.
